I have been a keen student of Yoga since my university days. I enjoyed the sense of wellbeing from  the practise. Over the years I realised I wanted to take the study of Yoga further and found a teacher of Iyengar Yoga in Louisa Potter of Kerikeri Yoga.

I started a 3 year teacher training course under Louisa's guidance and in 2009 became a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher.

Yoga is a way of life and I continue to upskill by regularly attending work shops organised by the Iyengar Yoga Association of New Zealand.
